Bermuda Triangle: Ship Reappears 90 Years After Going Missing

The Cuban Coast Guard announced this morning, that they had intercepted an unmanned ship heading for the island, which is presumed to be the SS Cotopaxi, a tramp steamer which vanished in December 1925 and has since been connected to the legend of the Bermuda Triangle.

The Cuban authorities spotted the ship for the first time on May 16, near a restricted military zone, west of Havana. They made many unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the crew, and finally mobilized three patrol boats to intercept it.

An Indian businessman, Datta Phuge, who made headlines in 2013 for purchasing a shirt made entirely of gold has been beaten to death in western India, according to a report on Friday.

 Datta gained fame when he ordered a customised gold shirt worth 12.7 million rupees, around $240,000 at the time. It was made up of 14,000 pieces of 22-carat gold, weighed 3.32 kilogrammes (7.3 pounds) and was put together by 15 craftsmen over 16 days.

The pair were scheduled to join other football stars play a match in Turkey today Saturday July 16th that was organised by Samuel Eto'o, their former teammate, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of his charity foundation. However, the match has been cancelled after a military coup was attempted in Turkey late Friday night.

Barcelona football club posted a Tweet confirming both players were in Spain and wouldn't be traveling to Turkey for the match.

An eight-month-old baby boy lost in the chaos after a truck rammed into a crowd in the French Riviera city of Nice killing at least 84 people was tracked down through Facebook today.

A concerned friend, Tiava Banner, sent out an appeal on Facebook looking for any information on the whereabouts of the child who had been lost in a blue stroller when the rampaging truck sent hundreds fleeing in panic as they watched Bastille Day fireworks. The Facebook post read:
